Over the years Peter has found that being in costume and having his two puppet dragons with him on storytelling events, especially with the children with short attention spans, builds intrigue and suspense.
The anticipation of the interaction between the children and the dragons intensifies the children’s attention on the stories. It is surprising, even adults love the fantasy of seeing the dragons. The two dragons (although they are brother) are a direct contrast with each other, they cause humour, amusement and smile even in the most serious people.
They have been found to be especially useful in children with special needs the dragons are an invaluable tool to retain attention and can also be used to tell short stories.
